New Patient booking: If you make a booking by calling the reception, a deposit fee is charged for the 1st time to be adjusted against your consult. Please ensure you have confirmed the "practice location & doctor preferred" before making the booking. Any wrong booking or no show will lead to forfeiture of the deposit amount. Please Note: Out of pocket fee applies when making appointment with some doctors.Kindly confirm with receptionist the Gap fee. Phone / Telehealth Consult: With effect from 1st November 2023 all Phone / Telehealth Consult will be privately billed (This applies to Children, Health care Card holders / Pensioners as well). To make a Phone / Telehealth appointment-please call the reception & ensure you have visited the practice for a face to face consult in the last 12 months .
